Tried some bank fishing close to Beaver Dam and found a hungry bunch of fish. Arrived on scene at 11:15 AM and was back in my truck at 11:47. Caught five rainbows and one walleye on power bait. The walleye and the largest trout that I caught had their length in common....16 inches. Took a picture of the walleye just for this report! There were no other fishermen where I fished; however, there were a few cars at the parking lot at RA1 (the access closest to the Dam). The wind did not make it here, so there was no problem feeling the bite on the ultra-lites. Due to time constraints I did not get to visit other fishing walk-in areas. There is generation scheduled for 7 through 8 PM. The high temperature is supposed to hit 67º F. under cloudy skies with 17 MPH winds from the south. Get out there before the Corps begins moving water!
