Launched at Houseman access at 6 AM and trolled upstream with a couple of Rebel minnows on one boat and with a Rapala CD7 black on gold and a Rapala F-9 black on silver on the other boat. Only one fish was caught in the 75 degree F. water, a trout, although quite a few white bass were marked. Moved up to the Spider Creek area and switched to power bait. The trout were biting on yellow, pink, and salmon peach. They also would take lures. The water temperature at the Spider Creek area was 54 degrees F., while at the Houseman area, it was about 75 degrees F. The morning was perfect for fishing and enjoying good company!Generation today was scheduled to take place at 5 PM, for one hour at 22% of capacity. The same schedule is up for tomorrow. The weather prediction for today was for a high temperature of 81 degrees F. under sunny skies with winds from the SSE at 13 MPH.
