Sam and I fished this morning at Parker Bend, down river from the ramps. The bite there was fair, with a fish 'knocking on the door' about every 5 minutes. They 'knocked' a little more quickly if you were using fluorescent orange to tempt them. We had activity on orange, yellow, salmon peach, and hatchery formula. There were several other fishermen in the vicinity who seemed pleased to be out enjoying the great morning. The lot at Bertrand launch ramp had plenty of room for YOU. Hope you can find the time to go out and catch dinner! There is no generation scheduled for today. The weather promises to be kind to us today, allowing a high temperature of 72 degrees F. under mostly sunny skies. This morning's westerly winds of 4 MPH are expected to shift to the north and drop to 0 MPH later this afternoon. Wow, don't you just LOVE the Fall?
