Fished this morning below Parker Bend and was treated pretty well from 6:20 until 6:40, when the trout decided to take a break for about 45 minutes. In the first 20 minutes, the fish bit on every color thrown with the exception of red-white-and blue. That bait must only be good on the Fourth of July and on Flag Day. HA! The bite was not as phenomenal as yesterday, but it was good. At least I had a chance to drink my coffee in the 45 minute lull. The colors tried successfully this morning were orange, yellow, salmon peach, nymph grape, chartreuse, rainbow and spring green. As one can see in the picture, the fish size was between 11 and 12 1/2 inches. The fillets of these fish indicated that three out of five were 'stockers'. The morning was very cool which made for an ideal fishing experience. If you get the opportunity, go fish!Generation is scheduled to begin at 3 PM at 88% of capacity and stay at that level until 6, when the flow reduces to 44% through 8 PM. The weather prediction shows an expected high temperature of 92 degrees F. under mostly sunny skies with winds from the SW at 8 MPH.

Our work is done today!
