We fished at Parker Bend this morning and found that the trout were biting on anything we threw at them. We fished with yellow, white, chartreuse, orange, rainbow, salmon peach, red-white-blue and spring green. Although the fish ate anything thrown, they were fairly small. Sam indicated that we were fishing in the nursery. Others who were fishing along side of us were using power bait eggs, and would bring in the occasional rainbow. The bite seemed to slow down a little about 8 AM. There was fairly good surface activity, and it was continuing as we left the area. The morning was comfortably cool, but one could feel the temperature change in the upward direction later in our stay. Our advice: go early and catch fish in the cool of the AM.Generation is scheduled to begin at 2 PM at 44% of capacity, increasing to 88% from 3 through 7 PM. Weather is expected to bring us a high temperature of 93 degrees F. under sunny skies with winds from the SSW at 10 MPH.
