Fished for an hour downstream from the tail-waters beginning at 7 AM. We noted that the bite was fairly slow, but when it occurred, it was on yellow, rainbow and orange power bait. The plan for tomorrow is to fish the tail-waters at first light, then work our way downstream to check the bite. There were several people fishing near us this morning, and we saw that they were experiencing the same results as we were. They were using yellow power bait eggs. The rain was not too bad, and no one seemed to be the least bit discouraged. Neither should you; so try to get out and fish!Generation at 44% of capacity is scheduled from 3 through 7 PM. The weather forecast is for a high temperature of 75 degrees F. under cloudy skies with easterly winds this morning shifting to the SW later in the afternoon, at 4 MPH.
