Launched at Houseman Access yesterday afternoon and trolled upriver to Spider Creek Island. Caught trout and walleye using Rapala XRAPs. All of the walleye caught were males ranging from 18 1/2 to 20 inches. Tried with bait above the Hwy 62 bridge but were ignored by the trout population. Moved downstream from Houseman Access and picked up a few trout, which rounded out our trip. We did not mark either whites or any amount of bait in the areas we fished. Today, we are planning on a repeat performance, at least with respect to where we are launching. The rest is up to the fish!Generation is scheduled to occur from 6 AM through 11 PM at 88% capacity save for the hours from 11 AM to 9 PM when the flow is to be reduced to 44%. The weather is predicted to bring us a high temperature of 60 degrees F. under mostly sunny skies with winds from the SSE picking up to 15 MPH later in the morning. Cannot catch these critters by sitting around the house; so get out there and GO FISH!
