Sam and I bank fished this afternoon in several locations below the Beaver Dam, including Parker Bend and near the launch ramp closest to the dam. We noted that the trout were willing to take any color we threw except for green pumpkin. In the holes down river from the ramps at Parker, the fish were showing their greatest like for hatchery formula. At the ramps, they took almost anything we threw. We ran into only one other couple who were fishing, and that was at Parker. Turned out to be an excellent fishing afternoon! Again, we recommend that if you are looking for white bass or walleye, head for the Beaver area early in the morning.Tomorrow, there is no generation scheduled until 6 PM through 11. The high temperature predicted for tomorrow is 78 degrees F., with winds from the SE at 7 MPH, gusting to 12. The skies should be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain. Go out and catch fish! The photos attached to this report are a mid-week loopback at the extra-large trout caught over the weekend. What a feast—for the eyes and the tummy!
