Fished this afternoon with a friend and fellow guide, Carl. Initially, we thought about fishing at the gravel bar immediately down river from the launch ramp closest to Beaver Dam, however, due to the crowd that was there, we ended up fishing closer to the dam. There were five or six fishermen there who seemed to be doing well in the fish-catching department. Carl and I went through all fourteen colors that I had with me, catching fish on every color. Although the lighter colors brought the fastest bite, there was no extended wait with any of the baits used. Great afternoon, nice folks, clear skies and 70 º F. Hope that each of you got out today. For those Brits among you, do not forget that tomorrow night is 'rabbits'. Ha!Generation for tomorrow is slated to be the same it was today, 7 through 12 AM. The high tomorrow should reach 65 º F., with westerly winds of 9 MPH, gusting to 14.
