Launched both boats this morning and fished in several different locations in the cooler water, (48 degrees). The fog kept everyone nice and cool while they reeled in trout. The couple on one boat vowed to never again wear flip-flops while fishing on the river. I believe it had something to do with cold feet! The trout were in the 'bite almost anything' mode until 8:30, when they decided that orange and yellow were the preferred colors. After 9:30, they took a coffee break. We decided that the fish had a great idea, and we followed suit. The only other guide boat we met up with was fishing with lures. One of the clients was busy reeling in a rainbow as we slipped by on the way to the ramp. There were many boats out enjoying the morning. Hope you were among the crowd. Sam has an afternoon trip, but his results will have to be added either when his trip ends, or in tomorrow’s report. We will have more photos of all trips tomorrow. There is generation scheduled from 3 through 6 PM. The radar shows no threat of rain for this afternoon, even though the forecast calls for some. The wind today is from the SSW at 7 MPH. Tomorrow looks like another nice day will be given us. Let’s go fish!
